Chief Goodluck Hills awarded the “Problem Solver” award as Tantita Security celebrates its achievements in oil and gas assesets protection in Warri, Delta State.
Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited hosted a prestigious Award Night in Warri, Delta State, to recognize the valuable contributions of its key stakeholders and staff. During the event, Captain Warredi Enisuoh, the company’s Director of Technical and Operations, expressed his gratitude to everyone who has significantly supported the organization’s mission.
The highlights of the evening included the presentation of awards to individuals and organizations in recognition of their invaluable contributions to the growth and success of Tantita Security Services Limited over the past few years.
Awards in various categories were presented to those who made significant impacts on the company’s achievements. Notably, the “Problem Solver” award was conferred upon Chief Goodluck Hills Thomas for his exceptional resourcefulness in addressing challenges within the company.
Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, presented the award to him.

Wow, I am truly humbled to be receiving this Problem Solver Award. I am grateful to the organizers led by Ms Daisy Jaja for recognizing my efforts and dedication to solving complex problems.
I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to the entire TSSNL family in no particular order Mr Roland Isereke, Dcn Akpors, Emma Akpule, Francisca Bazunu whom I always disturbed, The HR Mrs Anthonia Ihesinaulo, Rt. Hon Samuel Ekpemupolo, the procurement unit led by Mr Trevor, Ari Ebimotimi, Gwashi bright, Emma Otutufegha, HSE Paul Esegoro, our front desk Joy Ayegbeni who always run to me whenever she encounters challenges beyond what she could handle, to our not so perfect security guards at the gate.
Lastly to one of our most valuable employee Gideon Ogbonna for their support and collaborations. Your hard work and expertise have been invaluable in helping me tackle some of the toughest challenges.
I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who voted for me to receive this award. Your recognition and endorsement mean the world to me, and I am honored to have earned your trust and respect.
However, I would like to dedicate this award to someone who has been my guiding light, my mentor, and my superhero – Sir Tare Godfrey Pondi General Manager Operations and Tech.
Sir, your leadership, wisdom, and unwavering support have inspired me to push beyond my limits and strive for excellence. Your ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions has been a valuable lesson for me.
Your trust in me has given me the confidence to take on new challenges, and your guidance has helped me navigate through uncertain times. You are an exceptional leader, and I feel privileged to work under your direction.
